Neither an event nor a place, Bike Camp is a methodology applied to a specific cycling route:
Methodology: Amplify the training benefits of your workout by spiking it with periods of enhanced intensity. Bike Camp recommends the effort you should apply at various points in the route, including many (all-important) recovery sections.
Cycling Route: Ride this 36 mile route as a group ride, or individually, for a terrific workout.
Organized Bike Camp
Periodically, local riders invite others to pursue Bike Camp as a group. Visit the local Yahoo! Group (find link here) for information on when these rides will occur.
