Local cyclists built and maintain CycleTexas.com. We live in the Fredericksburg area and ride these roads year-round.

The inspiration for this site grew from personal attempts to travel and ride in many parts of the country, where we were frequently disappointed by poor maps, poor roads, poor lodging, and sometimes all three.

Therefore, we aim to present a comprehensive online tool for those planning a fulfilling, self-guided cycling trip in the Texas Hill Country.
